I know what it’s like when tradespeople don’t turn up when they say they will. I will always let you know in advance when I will be arriving at your premises and in the unforeseen circumstances of there being any delay, I will always let you know.

HONEST

Occasionally when I visit a site to price a job, it might be that it requires a qualified electrician, or a gas engineer or someone similar; or it might be that it’s out of my experience. If that’s the case I’ll be honest and upfront and will normally recommend another engineer for the job. I will always let you know.

TIDY

No one likes disruption to their property and I’m very mindful of this. Often jobs will disrupt day to day life, so I’ll always clear up tools, belongings and vacuum leaving your property clean and tidy, as I find it. I do what I can to keep disruption to a minimum.

It could be a small leak on a tap constantly dripping or the overflow on the toilet that just won’t stop; these problems won’t disappear and if left can cause bigger problems in the future. Before you know it, you could have a drip coming through the ceiling. Not good, I have worked on houses where the water was coming out of the ceiling rose and the light switch.

Struggling to change that light?

Have you got a light fitting that you just can’t reach to change the bulb, or maybe you have a new light fitting to be put up but you’re not sure how to go about it? Has that loose plug socket been driving you crazy? These little odd jobs are just an example of how I can help you.

Flat-pack furniture driving you crazy?

Flat-pack furniture is great and always looks good in the shop or online but putting it together can be a challenge. It appears to start well and then you realise that you have completed 1c when you should be on 1b and you have used the fixings for 3d! I can build and move your furniture for you so don’t have to worry about how to put it all together.
